Ready-to-order products
Individual customers may add displayed products and available styles to the cart and place an order without creating an account. Displayed USD prices apply to the selected product or style. Availability, final shipping, duties and taxes are reviewed from the delivery information before dispatch.
Wholesale and custom projects
Product images and descriptions are starting directions for wholesale or custom work. Specifications, materials, MOQ, pricing, lead time, testing, packaging and shipping are confirmed in an issued quotation or proforma invoice.
Intellectual property
Buyers are responsible for having the right to use submitted logos, artwork, characters and references. We may decline projects that present unclear intellectual-property risk.
Samples and approvals
A paid sample is used to evaluate an agreed direction. Bulk production should begin only after written approval of the applicable details. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.
Payments
Payment may be completed through the PayPal route shown on the website or by bank transfer using order-specific instructions. For a wholesale or custom project, use only the exact amount and reference shown in the agreed quotation.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, tracking, duties and address requirements. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, exceptions, return shipping and refund timing. A written wholesale or custom quotation may contain project-specific terms that govern that order.
Sample credit
WELCOME5 is limited to one US$5 credit per business on its first paid sample quotation. It excludes shipping, wholesale deposits and balance payments, and is applied when the quotation is prepared.
Changes and governing documents
We may update these website terms as the business develops. If an issued quotation conflicts with general website content, the written quotation governs that specific project.
